Pre-Order Policy
The following applies if you have purchased an item with a "MADE-TO-ORDER" image overlay.
- This is a made to order pre-sale, meaning that there is an unlimited quantity and we are creating each piece specifically for YOU!
- Shipping will take 2-4 weeks and you will receive email updates each step of the way as we create these pieces from start to finish.
- We will do our best to ship products in accordance with their expected ship date, but if something changes, we'll do our best to let you know! Our shipments are subject to delays in manufacturing/and or delivery from our distributors.
- If you select SHIPPING at the checkout, we will notify you when your item is shipped.

A few things to note on Presale items:
- If you combine a Presale and in-stock item in an order, we will ship your available item immediately and ship the Presale item once it arrives and is processed at our warehouse. Your second shipment of Presale item(s) will be shipped at no cost to you.
- If you need an address change for your Presale shipment, we can accommodate. Please email customer service with your order number and new address so we can get you taken care of.
- NO Returns/Exchanges You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. If we're unable to fulfill your order for any reason within 60 days from the order placement, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. Once you place your order, your order is final and nonrefundable.
